• Create a new account on gmail: create account
• Subscribe to chromium-dev@chromium.org in https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/forum/?fromgroups#!forum/chromium-dev

• Go to https://cloud.google.com/console
• Create a new project

• Select "Enable and manage APIs"

• Find and select "Speech API"

• Select "Enable API"

• Go to "Go to Credentials"

• Select "API Key"

• Select "Browser key"

• Choose "Create"

• Save the key generated for use in the app (you can use up to 50 times per day)

Repeat the operation as many times as you want for many key and increase the time transcription
